Role Overview

As our Brand Manager, you will act as the custodian of the Protel brand while driving the go-to-market strategies for our innovative solutions. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, ensuring that our messaging resonates with the market and drives tangible growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty within the HoReCa and Tech sectors.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold brand identity guidelines, ensuring a unified voice and visual consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communication channels.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Launch Management: Plan and manage the end-to-end launch process for new products and updates, ensuring a successful and impactful entry into the market.
  • Product Positioning: Define and articulate compelling GTM strategies, product positioning, and messaging that clearly differentiates Protel’s solutions in the marketplace.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights that directly contribute to the product development roadmap.

Campaigns & Content

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email), measuring their effectiveness and optimizing for ROI.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and oversee high-quality content strategies for all digital channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletters) to engage our B2B audience.
  • Success Stories: collaborate with the team to develop compelling customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials that validate our value proposition.

Sales Enablement & Growth

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to create effective sales tools, decks, and support materials that align with marketing campaigns and shorten sales cycles.
  • CRM & Automation: Define CRM strategies, manage customer segmentation, and oversee marketing automation processes to nurture leads and maximize customer retention.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present monthly/quarterly KPI reports and management summaries on brand and product performance in collaboration with the growth team.

Events & Engagement

  • Events & Exhibitions: Create compelling marketing concepts for company-hosted events and trade shows; actively participate in the organization and on-site representation of Protel.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in brand management or product marketing. Experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or Hospitality Technology is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
  • Collaboration: A strong team player with the ability to work effectively across different departments, especially Product and Sales.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
