We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities primarily through digital channels, while maintaining the flexibility to meet clients in person when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Remote Account Management & Growth: Focus on developing existing clients as well as generating new business to reach corporate sales targets at the personal and team levels through digital engagement strategies.
  • Digital Prospecting & Needs Analysis: Identify business opportunities and customer expectations through video conferences, phone calls, webinars, and comprehensive virtual need analysis to offer the right set of products and services solutions.
  • Online Product Demonstrations: Provide high-impact, remote demonstrations of software solutions via screen-sharing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) for potential hotel and/or restaurant customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle effectively using CRM tools, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and data hygiene.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales/sales development, and customer support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to optimize the digital customer journey.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales or Digital Sales roles within the technology sector, dealing with software and/or IT products.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to work with sales targets in a systematic way with persistence and a positive attitude in a remote or hybrid working environment.
  • Commercial Awareness: Ability to grasp the business needs and requirements of potential customers quickly and to present appropriate technology solutions virtually.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (working proficiency or higher) as the role requires understanding and learning about own and competing products and services at a global scale.
  • Tech-Savviness: Strong technology aptitude and competence in online office tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and virtual communication platforms.
  • Communication: Dynamic, result-oriented, self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills to initiate and maintain relationships remotely.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require (e.g., for key client meetings, industry events, or on-site closings).
